I have asked this before and the answer was No so i am just wondering if there has been any progress on the issue...

Often emails are sent to 2 people in the firm and only 1 person needs to attach that email to a file in SB. Is there a way that the 2nd person can be notified that the email has already been attached to the file so we do not double up as the file gets very messy.

Does that make sense?

Is there a way to stop the same email being saved into SB by different team members? My boss and I often receive the same emails and we both save them into SB which creates 2 of the same email and looks messy.

I know this topis has been raised before but can you please tell me if the 'Memos' section is ever going to be added into the 'all files' section. Our firm like to see everything that has been done on the file in date order.

Is there a way to disable the auto update date field on incoming emails? We received a report from a barrister in Word format and whenever we open the document the date automatically updates to the current date rather than remaining the date of the actual document.
